Delivery is instant and automatic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your license key and download appear on the order confirmation page, and a copy is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.

Keep that email — it contains your key and your order ID, which you'll need for support requests and for accessing your order on this site.

Seconds. Delivery is fully automated — nobody has to manually send anything. If your payment method needs extra verification, delivery happens the moment the payment actually clears.

First check the order confirmation page — your key and download are shown there immediately after payment. Then check your email inbox and spam folder for the delivery email. Finally, confirm the payment actually completed — a declined or pending payment doesn't trigger delivery.

Use the Account page on this site: enter your order ID and the email you used at checkout, and you'll see your order status, items, and delivered keys. Both are on your receipt email.

All sales are final. Because keys and downloads are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds once an order has been delivered. If a key is genuinely defective we'll replace it — open a Discord ticket and we'll sort it out.

Our optimization packs support Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). They are built and tested for the game listed on each product page — buy the pack for the game you play.

Older Windows versions, macOS, Linux, and consoles are not supported.

It depends on your hardware, your Windows install, your settings, and how much is already tuned. A cluttered system with default settings typically sees the biggest difference; a freshly tuned machine sees less. We don't promise specific FPS numbers — anyone who does is guessing.

Yes — that's what an optimization pack does. Each change is documented in the included guide, and we recommend creating a Windows restore point before applying anything, so you can roll back to exactly where you started.
