Terms of Service

Nitrous sells digital goods: license keys, downloadable software, and configuration packs for PC game optimization. Nothing physical is shipped. Products are delivered automatically after payment via the order confirmation page and email.

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once a key or file has been issued, all sales are final and non-refundable from the moment of delivery.

If a product will not activate or run at all, open a support ticket — we'll troubleshoot with you and, where a key is genuinely defective, issue a replacement. Replacement of a defective key is the sole remedy offered.

Initiating a chargeback on a delivered order instead of contacting support is treated as payment fraud and results in a permanent ban from the store and our Discord.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product on your own systems. You may not resell, share, redistribute, lease, or bundle any product, key, or file purchased here. Doing so voids your license and any right to support, and keys found resold are deactivated without compensation.

Optimization results depend on your hardware, drivers, Windows install, and the game itself. We deliberately publish what each pack changes rather than performance numbers. We do not warrant any specific FPS gain, latency reduction, or other performance outcome on your machine.

Products are provided "as is." Our tools change Windows and game settings — we recommend creating a system restore point before applying any pack. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitrous is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a product; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product concerned.

You're responsible for making sure a product fits your system before buying — supported systems are Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit), and each pack targets the specific game named on its product page. You're also responsible for complying with the terms of any game or platform you use alongside our products.

All support runs through our Discord server — open a ticket with your order ID and the email used at checkout. Tickets are answered as fast as possible; keys and delivery issues are prioritized.

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes are announced in the Discord.
