Immediately after payment, your license key and download are shown on the order confirmation page. A copy is also emailed to the address you entered at checkout — check your spam folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes.
Keep that email. It contains your order ID, which you need to re-access the order on the Account page and for any support request.
Do this before touching anything else. A restore point captures your current Windows configuration so you can roll every system change back in one step.
Every pack ships with its own guide documenting each change it makes. Follow it in order — the steps are sequenced deliberately, and skipping around is the most common source of problems.
Some steps ask you to restart Windows or the game. Do each restart when the guide asks rather than batching them at the end.
Launch your game and confirm it starts and behaves normally, and that your in-game settings match what the pack's guide expects.
Then judge results over an evening of normal play, not a single benchmark run — smoothness and frame-time consistency need real sessions to assess. Results vary with hardware, Windows configuration, settings, and current system condition.
If you want to undo the system-level changes, use the restore point you created. Your personal files are not affected by a restore.
Open a Discord ticket with your order ID — that is the fastest route to a fix.
