How checkout and instant delivery work, where your order ID lives, and what to do if nothing arrived.

Add packs to your cart and start checkout from the cart page. Payment itself is completed on SellAuth's secure checkout page — we never see or store your payment details.
The moment payment is confirmed, delivery is automatic: your license key and download appear on the order confirmation page, and a copy is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. There is no waiting for a human to send anything.
Your order ID is shown on the order confirmation page and included in the receipt email. It identifies your purchase for support requests and for re-accessing your order on this site, so keep the email.
Use the Account page on this site: enter your order ID and the email you used at checkout, and you will see the order status, items, and delivered keys. There is no password — the order ID plus checkout email is the login.

Because keys and downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once an order has been delivered. The full policy is in the Terms of Service.
