Key shows as invalid

Almost every invalid-key report turns out to be a copying issue. Check these in order:

1. 01Copy the key with the copy button on the confirmation page, or select the entire key exactly — no leading or trailing spaces.
2. 02If you typed it by hand, watch for lookalike characters: capital O versus zero, capital I versus lowercase L versus one.
3. 03Retrieve a fresh copy from the Account page using your order ID and checkout email, and try again.
4. 04Still rejected? Open a Discord ticket with your order ID — we can check the key's state on our side.

Download link problems

If the download errors or never starts, re-open your order on the Account page and use the link from there — it is the authoritative copy. Long URLs sometimes get mangled in forwarded or quoted emails.

If the link fails from the Account page too, the problem is on our side: open a Discord ticket with your order ID and we will get you a working copy.

Game feels worse after applying

It happens — hardware and Windows installs vary, and a change that helps most systems can be neutral or negative on yours. That is exactly what the restore point is for.

1. 01Roll back: open Start, type "Create a restore point", open it, click System Restore on the System Protection tab, select the point you made before installing, and finish.
2. 02After the restart, confirm the game feels like it did before. Re-check the game's own settings against what you had, since in-game config is separate from the system restore.
3. 03Open a Discord ticket with your hardware, the pack you used, and what got worse. That feedback is how packs improve, and we may be able to suggest a partial setup that suits your system.

How to open a good support ticket

A complete first message saves a whole round-trip. Include:

1. 01Your order ID and the email you used at checkout.
2. 02The pack and game, plus your basic specs — CPU, GPU, and whether you are on Windows 10 or 11.
3. 03What you have already tried, and the exact text of any error message. Screenshots help.

What to expect

Support happens in the Discord, so join the server before opening your ticket. Tickets are answered as fast as possible — delivery issues get priority.
